INGREDIENTS

1 banana120g, 1 1/2 cups blueberries180g, 1 1/2 cups strawberries180g, 3/4 cup plain yogurt180g, 1 cup orange Juice240ml, 1/2 cup ice cubes120g

TIPJust peel the banana and keep it in the freezer, then take it out when necessary and defrost it slightly before using it. Also, if you do not have plain yogurt, you can use an appropriate amount of yogurt powder.
