2 cucumbers200g, 2 tbsp minced ginger root30g, 1/2 cup lime juice120ml, 1 1/4 cups water300ml, 2 tbsp agave syrup30g

TIPThe cucumber skin is rich in various nutrients. Peel off the spine areas really thinly using the peeler.

METHOD
