Blow away your fatigue with a glass of tomato green smoothie that will energize you on a tiring day.


INGREDIENTS

1 tomato150g, 1 apple200g, 1/2 stalk of celery30g, a handful of kale40g, 1 tsp minced ginger root5g, 1/8 cup lemon juice30ml, 1 1/4 cups water300ml

TIPIf you don't like the strong flavor of celery and kale, add more lemon juice or ginger a little. Also, if the strong celery scent is burdensome, use the stem rather than the leaves

METHOD

  1. Put all the prepared ingredients in the blender container and blend them to complete it.
