1 1/2 cups sliced kiwis180g, a stalk of celery50g, 1/8 red cabbage50g, 1/8 cup cashew nuts30g, 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice300ml

TIPIf the raw red cabbage is uncomfortable to eat, cook it slightly before use. The bitter taste is reduced and the stomach is relieved

METHOD
